Choc Almond Energy Balls

 
Protein Balls

MAKES 12

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c almond meal

  • 1/4 c coconut flour

  • 1 c dates

  • 2 tbs chia seeds

  • 2 tbs smooth natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 c shredded coconut

METHOD

  1. Soak dates in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain off liquid.

  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until mixture is combined and forms a large, sticky ball.

  3. Using your hands roll into even sized balls. Refrigerate for 30mins and enjoy.
