Choc Almond Energy Balls
MAKES 12
INGREDIENTS
1/2 c almond meal
1/4 c coconut flour
1 c dates
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 c shredded coconut
METHOD
Soak dates in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain off liquid.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until mixture is combined and forms a large, sticky ball.
Using your hands roll into even sized balls. Refrigerate for 30mins and enjoy.
