Chia Pudding

 
Apple Crumble

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c chia seeds

  • 1/2 c warm water

  • 1/4 c choice of milk

  • Choice of fruit, yoghurts, nuts and seeds

METHOD

  1. Place chia seeds in a small bowl and add 1/2 cup warm water and milk.

  2. Stir, stir, stir for 3 minutes.

  3. Leave pudding to sit for 5-10mins to fully absorb the liquid.

  4. Top your chia pudding with your choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, a few nuts and a drizzle of honey for some added sweetness.
