Chia Pudding
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1/4 c chia seeds
1/2 c warm water
1/4 c choice of milk
Choice of fruit, yoghurts, nuts and seeds
METHOD
Place chia seeds in a small bowl and add 1/2 cup warm water and milk.
Stir, stir, stir for 3 minutes.
Leave pudding to sit for 5-10mins to fully absorb the liquid.
Top your chia pudding with your choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, a few nuts and a drizzle of honey for some added sweetness.
