Whipped feta, lemon + honey dip
The dip that will change your life…
INGREDIENTS
In a food processor combine:
250g cream cheese
200g block of feta
3 tbs olive oil
2 tbs honey
1/2 of the juice of a lemon
1 tbs lemon rind
Pinch of salt, oregano, chilli flakes.
METHOD
Blend until combined.
Top with roasted cherry tomatoes (10 mins 200C with olive oil and salt).
Drizzle dip with olive oil, honey, and parsley.
Serve with corn chips or on crusty bread.
