Peanut Maple Cereal Slice
MAKES 12 PIECES
INGREDIENTS
3 cups rice puffs - I used the Gluten Free Freedom Foods Rice Puffs
3 tbs coconut oil
3 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: sliced strawberries and pumpkin seeds
METHOD
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add dry cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
On the stove or using the microwave melt peanut butter, coconut oil and both sweeteners.
Pour over cereal and ad a pinch of salt.
Pour mixture into lined baking tray and press firmly into place. Adding your choice of toppings.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!!
